Interrupted Connectivity - Update

Update: The connectivity drop was determined to be caused by a cut fibre line at a construction site. As of 12:53 PM (EST), Aizan has routed traffic around this cut and restored services. Original posting follows.

We are currently experiencing a temporary connectivity issue with our Front data centre as of 10:29 AM (EST).

Our NOC team and vendors are currently investigating and working on restoring the connection.

During this time, portions of the OVC Portal (sky.aizan.com) may be unavailable including .biz. Calls terminating to the Front data centre (labelled "Telus" or "Telus 1st DS3) will hit FailSAFE routing.

We will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.
